The short version
This site has no accounts, no tracking and no analytics. It sets one cookie, which remembers whether you chose the light or the dark theme — nothing else. Everything you type stays in your own browser — nothing is sent to us, or to anyone else, until you yourself choose to email us your onboarding pack.

What you type stays in your browser
This site runs entirely in your browser (WebAssembly) and has no server storing your answers. The forms save a draft locally in your browser, so an accidental reload doesn't cost you half an hour of work. Files you attach are held in the tab's memory only — they are never uploaded anywhere, and they are gone when you close the tab.
The onboarding pack is a ZIP archive built in your browser and downloaded to your machine. You send it to us yourself, by email, when — and only if — you choose to.
Why there is no cookie banner
The site sets no cookies and uses no tracking. The local storage listed below is used solely for things you ask for yourself — keeping your draft safe across a reload, remembering your language and theme. Under the EU ePrivacy rules, strictly necessary storage like this does not require consent — only that we tell you about it. This page is us telling you.

What we receive — when you send the pack
If you email your onboarding pack to hello@giki.com, we receive what you put in it: your contact details (name, email, phone), your organisation's departments, roles and people — including any names, email addresses and phone numbers you entered — your recurring tasks, your standards, and any files you attached.
We use it for one thing: setting up your Giki account and carrying out the onboarding you asked for. The legal basis is GDPR article 6(1)(b) — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and the performance of that contract.
We keep the pack for as long as the onboarding requires it. If we don't end up working together, we delete it no later than 6 months after we received it. Want it deleted sooner? Email hello@giki.com and we will.
One honest note about the transport: the pack travels by your own email. Your email provider's terms apply to that journey — we only see the mail once it arrives.
Your rights
For anything we hold about you, you have the right to access it, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to our use of it, and receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@giki.com — there is no form, an email is enough. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).
Delete my data
This button clears your draft in this browser — answers, contacts, all of it — and every onboarding created here, with its pack and its code. It touches nothing at our end, because there is nothing at our end until you have sent a pack. Already sent one? Email hello@giki.com and we'll delete it.
