The short version
This site has no accounts, no tracking and no analytics. It sets one cookie, which remembers whether you chose the light or the dark theme — nothing else. What you type stays in your own browser while you fill it in. One thing leaves it: when you press “Create my account”, the company and contact details on that form are sent to us, because that is how your Giki account is created. Nothing else is sent to us, or to anyone else, unless you choose to send it.

What you type stays in your browser
This site runs in your browser (WebAssembly), and no answer you type is stored on a server here. The form saves a draft locally in your browser, so an accidental reload doesn't cost you your answers. The exception is the sign-up form described above, which is sent when you press its button.
Why there is no cookie banner
The site sets one cookie and uses no tracking: it remembers whether you chose the light or the dark theme. (There is a second, but only on our internal consultant pages, recording that the access code was entered correctly — an ordinary visitor never gets it.) That cookie, and the local storage listed below, are used solely for things you ask for yourself — keeping your draft safe across a reload, remembering your language and theme. Under the EU ePrivacy rules, strictly necessary storage like this does not require consent — only that we tell you about it. This page is us telling you.
What is stored locally
The complete list. Everything lives in your browser's local storage until you delete it — with the button below, via "Start over" in the form, or by clearing site data in your browser.

Earlier versions of this site kept a few more entries — a note that you had seen the tour, and drafts on our internal pages. We no longer write any of them, and the pages that did now clear them from your browser the moment you visit.
What we receive — when you create your account
When you press “Create my account” we receive what is on that form and one thing more: your company name, your own name, your email address and phone number, and how many you are — and whether your browser is set to Danish, so your account starts in your language. Nothing from any other page, and no files.
We use it for one thing: setting up your Giki account and carrying out the onboarding you asked for. The legal basis is GDPR article 6(1)(b) — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and the performance of that contract.
From that moment it is your Giki account, and what is in it is kept until you ask us to delete it. Want it deleted? The account owner can ask for it on the Accounts page, or email hello@giki.com, and we will delete it.
Your rights
For anything we hold about you, you have the right to access it, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to our use of it, and receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@giki.com — there is no form, an email is enough. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).
Delete my data
This button clears your draft in this browser — your answers and anything else this site has stored here. It does not reach an account you have already created: if you have pressed “Create my account”, email hello@giki.com and we will delete it.
