§ No modules to choose between
Everything is in. Every time.
We do not split Giki into modules for you to choose between. The chain from compliance document to today's task runs through all of it, and it only holds when all of it is there.
§ How you start
Two days with you. Then you are live.
No customer starts without the review. That is where the holes are found, and it is what you pay for. The only question is how you want to pay.
The review is included.
We come to you for two days and go through the company with you: departments, roles, documents, routines and who does what. When we leave, you are live.
Same Giki. The review on its own.
Pay per quarter, and buy the two days separately. It is the same review and the same product. Only the invoice is split.

§ How we count
No penalty for bringing more people in.
Employees are the people in the org chart
The people who stand in your organisation in Giki and can log in. Contacts, customers and external auditors do not count.
The band is looked at once a year
We set the band when we start and look at it again at renewal. If you grow during the year, it costs nothing. Seasonal staff included.
Giki never says no to a new employee
The price is an agreement between us, not a lock in the product. Employee number 76 comes in today. The band we talk about next year.
Two days from now, your company runs on Giki.
