Everything has a place - because then there will be room for everything

It is a disabled seat and it is not reserved for you.
Everyone can follow that logic, but not everyone uses the same way of thinking in the workplace. We should reserve areas for certain things or actions to make sure there is room for it when it is relevant.
But – when we don't do it, we risk suddenly being left wanting.
And therefore situations arise such as:
- A car blocks the warehouse entrance.
- The markers for the blackboard are gone.
- The folders are cluttered and some are missing… maybe?
10 identical black folders...
And perhaps you think that it is difficult to reserve a space with 10 completely identical black folders in the same way as with the parking space.
But even there there are techniques:
- Set up the folders in the order and number you want.
- Take a red marker and draw a line from the bottom of the first folder to the top of the last folder.
- This way you can see if there is a "hole" in your line because a folder is missing.
There is always a technique to reserve the space and create order.
Everything has a place - because then there will be room for everything.
PS: All the disabled places can also be occupied, and "always" can therefore be stretching the point a bit. Fortunately, this rarely happens.
